CHARACTERISTICS
• Panels are available in 500 mm and 610 mm breadths
• Traditional Panels, tongue and groove joint
• Fingersafe Panels, special joint to prevent risk of jamming during sections’ articulation (needed, in accordance with EN 12604, when door height is lower than 2.5 m)
• Insulation: High density self-extinguishing CFC and HCFC-free, closed cells polyurethane foam
• Thickness of panels: 40 mm (nominal)
• Metal layers: Traditional Panels, prepainted galvanized STEEL, or ALUMINIUM (available for both faces together only)
• Metal layers: Fingersafe Panels, prepainted galvanized STEEL
• Coatings: 25 μm POLYESTERor 200μm PLASTISOL pre-paintings
• External surface: STUCCO embossed (LEATHERGRAIN for PLASTISOL)
• Internal surface: STUCCO embossed (pls contact us in case of SMOOTH internal finishing needed)
• A PVC sealing tape is applied during production to the panel nose
• Traditional Panels: female side incorparates a factory applied low density compressible foam seal, for air and water tightness (Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1)
• Fingersafe Panels: female side of the panels is fitted with a closed cell gasket providing increased air and water tightness (Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1; water tightness improved up to 110 Pa)
• Both sides protected with adhesive polythene film (to be removed before installation)
• 2 internal continuous longitudinal steel reinforcements at hinge position, for fixing ensuring (removed on request)

CONDITIONS
Standard lenght: 13.500 mm (Max) - Packs composed by 18 panels as a standard. Packing: panels are wrapped using extensive polythene, with a polystyrene board onto support blocks below the lower panel.
