(*) To comply with European Safety Standard EN 12604, where the door height is below 2.5 metres must be used the Fingersafe type panels (TSM and TSM/K).

(TSL): upper & central grooves (2 macro ridges).

TECSEDOŽ SAFE eXtra 500 & 610
(TSX): flush, without any profiling.
(TSX/K): flush, without any profiling; internal side with 1 extra rib.

TECSEDOŽ SAFE Quadro 500 & 610
(TSQ): “(507x340) cassette”, raised.
(TSQ/K): “(507x340) cassette”, raised; internal side with 1 extra rib.

TECSEDOŽ SAFE Micro 500 & 610
(TSM): microribbed.

CHARACTERISTICS
• Finger safe residential type panels, special joint to prevent risk of jamming during articulation (EN 12604)
Insulation: High density self-extinguishing CFC and HCFC-free, closed cells, polyurethane foam
• Thickness of panels: 40 mm (nominal)
Metal layers: prepainted galvanized steel
• Coatings: • 25 μm POLYESTER or POLYAMMIDIC prepainting,
                 • 140 μm U.V. RESISTANT POLYVINYL FILM (W)
• External surface: WOODGRAIN or STUCCO embossed, POLYGRAIN for poliammidic paint, SMOOTH or WOODGRAIN embossed for PVC filmed panels (TSQ: WOODGRAIN embossed only)
• Internal surface: STUCCO or SMOOTH
• Female side of the panels is fitted with a closed cell gasket providing increased air and water tightness (Both Class 3 as per EN 13241-1; water tightness increased to 110 Pa)
• Both sides protected with adhesive polythene film, (to be removed before installation)
• 2 internal continuous longitudinal steel reinforcements at hinge position, for fixing ensuring.

CONDITIONS
Distance between cassettes upon request ( minimum distance: 105 mm). Max lenght: 13.500 mm; when L<3000 mm 3 packs minimum. Packs composed by 18 panels as a standard. Packing: panels are wrapped using extensive polythene, with a polystyrene board onto support blocks below the lower panel.
