density, closed cell,
POLYURETHANE
(PUR) FOAM,
Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and Hydro-Chlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) free, with
Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential
(GWP). Global Apparent Density as per EN 1602: 40 Kg/m3 approx.
Metal
reinforcements
Made up of longitudinal galvanized steel strips positioned at the top
and the bottom of the panel inner face. These steel reinforcements
between the insulation core and the metal skin assure durable and long
term fixing of intermediate hinges and roller carriers without the
screws to penetrate through the metal sheets’ folds inside the
polyurethane foam. |

1)
Female (tail) side of traditional panels (TBM) incorporates a factory
applied, low density compressible foam seal, for air and water
tightness (tested as
per EN 13241-1). In Fingersafe panels (TSM, TSQ, TSX, TSL), tail is fitted with a
closed cell seal providing increased air and water tightness (both
class 3 as per EN13241-1; water tightness has even
reached 110Pa without leakage).
2) Both faces of the panels are protected with a factory applied,
adhesive, transparent polythene film. Protection film is
hand-strippable and has to be compulsory removed before installation,
without being exposed for long time at direct sun rays or humid places.
3) A PVC sealing tape with logo is factory applied to the panel nose. |
